Well I would think that VLM would more be an ideal cutomer for the F70, but that's anothr story and should of course be discussed in another topic :)

If Embraer 170-195 offers as much legroom as the ERJ135-145, then I hope they will go for it.
I have the impression that Embraer-jets have a significant larger seatpitch than most A319/321 A/C (including the 319 of SN).

I flew only once with ERJ 135/145's of BD, AA(AmericanEagle) and CO and as I am a tall person, their pitch was a very nice surprise to me!!
