Does someone know about the future SV operations at Ostend? Will the 742(-200F) return to BRU or will it keep it's flights at OST? I know tha 747 is mentioned on the BRU-timetable, but it's cancelled every day

I also questioned that request in an other topic, but there is nobody who can answer that.

The timetable on the SV-site is not updated. It's nice to see that BRU is the most important hub in the world for SV.

When BIAC put a new timetable on their site, I suppose they have information that the B747 is turning back to BRU.

Hello,

What I heard from a loadmaster of SVA is the following. The HZ-AIU should return from maintenance in September, and will fly as usual out of Ostend. The Air Atlanta machine, TF-AMC, will continue flying for SVA, but out of BRU. However, if the TF-AMC has some delay (as it usualy has) and is expected in BRU after 22lt, it will divert to OST.
Don't shoot me if this info is incorrect, but that's what the man told me.

Greetz,
Nik

In that case it's also logical they gave TF-AMC the full SVA-c/s. Thanks for the info, Nik.

SV is using the wet lease B747-200, since 1 june, for the route Jeddah - Ostend - New York and this three times a week.

They expected additional services, so that's maybe why BIAC is also put the B747 at the BRU timetable. Maybe we will see from September effectively the B747 at BRU.
