some information about the inside...

The picture of the new seat is a "macromedia flash" picture.
So I think they'll add a little film to promote their new business seat, but (at this moment) it's not active yet.

According to Rudy Verbruggen, SN’s cabin interior development manager, “the new Business Class seats are state-of-the-art Contour seats, a single-shell armchair that really gives you the most comfortable seat in the sky.” The new seats are highly multi-functional, they have extra width, and are fully reclinable to give a flat-bed that’s almost horizontal (11°)."

The first comments from the passengers are comming in. In business the seats are too short for long people (1.8m) and they are complaining that their legs are hanging out when the seat is in sleaping position. This is not very comforable...
In economy class, the new tv screens are too small and passengers seated between two screens are companing that they can't see much.

Maybe stupid question , if so , sorry.FlyA330 wrote:In business the seats are too short for long people (1.8m) and they are complaining that their legs are hanging out when the seat is in sleaping position. This is not very comforable...
But how is it possible that the seats are too short ?
On the SNBA I read this :
A sophisticated new seat which folds down in to a 1m98 lie-flat bed
