Not so. But the shareholders of SN BA include the Walloon Region where I live and to which I pay taxes, Fortis which is my bank, Electrabel from which I buy my electricity, my former employers SIC and Solvay that should pay a part of my pension (probably not SIC), and many others in which I have a direct or indirect interest. I must thus make sure that either SN BA does not spend MY money on stupidities or that SN BA earns enough money. This will happen by using them preferentially to other airlines.

I do not know the details of the SN/T4 codesharing agreement, and I hope it was negotiated skilfully. Otherwise, I would be the first to complain.

Don't forget the Olympic Games in 2004 (Athens). A lot of people will book a flight to ATH!
I agree, but don't you think the increasing demand during that peak-period will be covered by extra non-scheduled services :?:
Not so! Why do you think that Olympic (!) has been chosen as the official carrier of the Athens Olympics? (Whop! What a free publicity!)

I agree with you on that point.
We'll still have to wait a few months and we'll finally know which aircrafts will replace the Avro's

That's exactly what I have been advocating on this forum since I am a member of the Luchtzak community. But Luchtzak himself seems to disagree: he prefers an Avro with a 45% load factor to an ARJ145 with a 105% load factor (i.e. overbooked)

For me they still can wait a few years!

So Avro (Chris) wants to replace the Avro's :?:  Strange, because I don't think this would be wise :?
I didn't say that I wanted them to replace the Avro's. In fact Iwould be very happy if they'll keep them for some years  But since they have decided to replace them, I can't wait to see with which type of aircraft they will fly in some years. That's all

If I remember it well, Rob Kuijpers said a few weeks ago in an interview of La libre Belgique, that SNBA will have decided which aircraft will replace the ARJ's in the second half of next year. Don't forget the lease of those Avro's will expire soon.

Hi Zinc. Are you Greek? Luchtzak is truly becoming international.

Anxiously waiting for your uploads.

Hi guys again! Just woke up from my morning BRU flight. Amazingly enough for a start up airline we got satisfactory load factors. To be more precise, LHR(1 daily) and CDG(2daily) got a load factor of 80-100%, BRU(2 daily) around 60-90%(especially the evening one) and ZRH(1 daily) an average of 40-60%. I was operating the flight when SN flew with us to see the service and safety aspects.
Service-wise on the ATH-BRU sector we got the following service flow:
T4-202: Breakfast with drawers of mixed drinks and juices loaded on the top, tea/coffee(twice), clearance, ice cream service(each passenger gets a chocolate-caramel ice cream with a nupkin and water, clearance and prior to landing bar service with a pretzel provided to each passenger, clearance and lollies.
T4-202-203-204: After seat belt sign off, bar service with pretzels, clearance, meal service with more drinks on the top, tea/coffee(twice),clearance,ice cream+water, clearance, lollies
We also got In-flight entertainment showing BBC news every day, Viva channel, Cartoons,Sports activities and comedies along with 7 radio channels with a variaty of songs.
Its the first time something like this is offered in the Greek market and we are all very proud to have signed an agreement with you guys
