I saw that 747 outside of LH technics too from the terminal and it seems to have been wrapped up, so I don't think it's going to leave soon.

Wrapped up like that means storage, probably until the end of the winter season...

On 24th Dec 2012, an Easyjet A320 from Gatwick to Paphos had an engine failure at FL350 above Brussels. The aircraft landed at 25R, and later positioned back to LGW.

This is an accident of 2009, not 2012. Furthermore the report has been commented elsewhere already! See viewtopic.php?f=7&t=40620&p=274131#p274127

According to Fightradar24, RYR5YC CRL - MAD returned to CRL, and it seems the runway was closed for a while (several aircraft holding). Anyone knows what happened?

Follow its strange flightpath from CRL to Beauvais, then returning to BRU before circling North of CRL and finally landing: http://www.flightradar24.com/RYR5YC#!/2 ... :40/RYR5YC.

The flight CRL-MAD was FR5465 and the aircraft EI-DCK. Two other Ryanair aircraft have been circling simultaneously above CRL.

Heard something about very bad weather high in the sky, but not sure...

Weather seems very unlikely. Probably technical as they are holding overhead BUN, to investigate the problem or to reduce the landing weight.

OO-SFW to JFK (SN501) aborted take off this morning around 10:30L due to a low oil pressure in engine n°1. Taxiied back to the gate and departed again at 12:15L.
