A full flat bed if you want it, and a very relaxing chair otherwise, with top notch service!Ground service in Brussels was handled by Swissport: no security fast-lane (!!) and uses the SN lounge in B (which is not really a F lounge, but a decent J lounge). Service in BKK was as expected from Thai: meet & greet at the plane, transfer through the terminal on a golf cart and fast track through immigration/customs. Bag came out as third one.
