I am not sure about the IAE powered A320, but I have heard that they

Well, there are only 10 USAirways A319 and they are all going to GermanWing! Are there even more A319 leaving USAirways?

I'm not sure. But I think that this is a former Shorouk Air or Qatar Airways A320.

I will check on the ex-USA A319's and advise as soon as I receive
something. This could take a few weeks as this seems not yet fixed
according to Airbus.

Small correction here: this bird is CFM powered, not IAE!
