Let us buy a small house near the runway. We start to collect some money in this community. When we got enough money we buy a house and everyone is welcome!
Everybody is happy then :D
 what an idea

imagine, a kind of spotters-hotel, parrallel with the runway so guests have a great view on the runway from the begin to the end and ofcourse some excursions to the airport and tours around the airport. ;)
You are probably a 'Marco Borsato"-fan ;) ;)

Poor guy though!

Said he couldn't even argue with his wife anymore! The Usual family noise replaced by planes which make you deaf such an awful thing!

Does anyone know where the guy went? Did he take his chickens, rabbits and belgian endives with him.

He would have probably liked to stay and thanks to the government and some well-off people living in Wezembeek-oppem and Kraainem, His days would have been much more quiet had the works for the raillink never happened.

Ehmm... no, why? :? :P

But isn't that great. I mean, an airport with special spotters facilities is nice, but a special spotters (or for people who like to watch planes) hotel is even nicer. Some friends of my parents live in Nieuw-Vennep, a couple of kilometres from Schiphol, the planes a clearly visible during landing on the Kaagbaan. It's always pleasant every time we go there.

maybe I sound I little bit childish, but my fantasies were just flown out ;)
