Rekkof seems close to get an order from KLM....

Air France (AF/Paris CDG) and KLM (KL/Amsterdam) are reportedly considering an order for up to 80 new generation Fokker 70s.

Rekkof will make their official statement within 3 weeks

Well this time the fokker dream is more a reality than ever.

If I remember well, the CEO's of AF and KL made a press conference 2 or 3 days ago. There the KL CEO clearly mentioned that the F70 is in their (AF/KL) eyes the best regional plane ou there for the moment. They would like to buy some second hand ones, but unfortunately there aren't any available for the moment.

So in my opinion Rekkof might announce their start of the production at the paris air show where AF/KL might order up to 80 of them.

there are some people ( i will not name them bey name ) what thinks that CH aviation is the first whit new news ) the dutch media was yesterday all on air with the news.. Sow instead of © CH aviation, andre means© De telegraaf, © www.luchtvaartnieuws.nl, © SBS6 news and RTL Financial news, because CH was the last what did knows it.............. ) also moderators makes mistakes .....

Hi All,
Flight International this week are reporting that Simogh Air has signed an order for about 50 aircraft. The story focuses on the fact that Stork have confirmed that Rekkof have secured a purchase agreement. The story also says that Stork have confirmed that talks are ongoing with an undisclosed European carrier.
The Simogh Air order is the one that Rekkof announced at the Kish Airshow in January.

Just found the following snippet of news, regarding possible purchase of Rekkof aircraft by Iran. My interpretation is that its not the whole company for sale, just some kind of licensed production.
