No pop-ups on this site for me.

I would suggest to run folllwing programs:
1. "ad-aware" from www.lavasoft.com
2. "spybot" van www.spybot.info/nl/index.html

Both programs are free downloads with free updates.

The only pop ups I get from this site are ones generated by private messages, but sometimes they don't get through and I don't know the messages are there until they have been there a while :(
Sabena and Sobelair - gone but never forgotten.

Crap. I get stuff from travelosity and other travel groups. It tends to happen when I open a topic inside a forum. Ohhhwell.

Please don't be offended. You have the wrong idea. I was refereing to the never-ending pop-ups I've been receiving, NOT you. Thanks for the replies though.

As a pop-up blocker? No. I have the standard that comes with the net-zero software aswell as the AOL pop-up blocker.
I can tell you that I've only had 2 so far today.

I have installed a free program that stops most of pop-ups.
Go to http://www.panicware.com/ for downloading the free edition.

It could be with you being in the US. Most European users of the site I that know have had no such problems.

The only pop-up that comes from this site are the pop-ups when you receive a private message. I have not contacted any advertisers that provide pop-ups as I dislike them very much!

I think you have a trojan or another virus on your pc. A program like Mailwasher, Zonealarm and a virus-scanner will remove all your spyware and virusses on your pc.
