Manchester based Global Spiriit Airlines www.gsairlines.com which will begin their first service in June to Islamabad in Pakistan (airline belongs to a Pakistani in UK) are also planning to expand to Syria, Saudi Arabia (Jeddah) and Thailand, they use 742's.

2 Boeing 747 aircraft have been acquired from the British Airways. One of them will ply between Islamabad and Manchester while one will stay standby for emergency services.

The airline will operate in three classes, which are Nawab class the business first product, spirit class the premium economy product and economy class.

That looks like an expensive way to operate an airline! Unless the 742s were acquired for peanuts...

Nice, great, fine, we have to stay possotive, isn't?
But is sounds so much as the Phuket saga. The same old 747 -200 bangers as from KLM. No wonder they will fly 1, and keep another in reserve "for emergencies"
From their website: 446 passengers in a 3 class configuration. I have no doubt how it will look in cattle class.
"We advise to check in 4 hours prior to departure" This means that they know their target group: Pakistani travellers are known to make check in slower than normal. (pasport problems, children without pasports, endless discussions about luggage, security issues, family not allowed to the airplane to guide mum and dad)
Seeing that they will fly to Thailand, I really wonder how they will deal with the cheap charlies, big belly beer guzzling Pattaya veterans clashing with the traditional pakistani/muslim extended families with screaming children.
I would say: for all of you who missed the now banned Phuket Airlines, go for this airmine. The experience will exceptionnal.
