Some changes with air Belgium virtual airlines

Post by sab319 »

at first we present our New ranking system:

Since our last ranking system wasn’t optimal we decided to introduce a new system. While you still can choose the flights you want this will now be restricted to the aircraft categories which you are allowed to use. All pilots will start in the regional division with ATR’s and after a while you will be promoted to fly Embraer’s 170’s too. Once you collected enough hours in the regio division you will have the choice to fly with air Belgium mainline or air Belgium Cargo. With air Belgium mainline you will start off with the A320 fleet and can promote up to the A380, while with Air Belgium Cargo you’ll start off with the Bae146QT and can promote up to A380F.

Now I’ll give you a clearer view of how the new categories are divided:

We hope that with this new ranking system the air Belgium experience wil be much improved and more realisic at the same time. If you have questions or remarks don’t hesitate to post them on our new forum at www.airbelgium.be.tt or send a mail to airBelgium@gmail.com.
Both me the Ceo and Jordi Steeno our New personnel manager will be happy to answer your questions and solve any problems wich may occur.

The second point is the introduction of B747-400 Combi's.
Well since Airbus is a little late delivering our A340-500 and 600's we decided to lease some Boeing 747-400 Combi's which will be used on the A345/6 flights until they are delivered. Here are some shots of OO-BVA "Eagle" after leaving the maintenance hangar and doing her first test flight in Air Belgium colours.

Yes Sonny, of course I'll make a screenshot special flight. It will be good advertising for Air Belgium because I also post my screenshots on another forum

  If the weather here doesn't warm up soon, then I could well spend my time flying virtual instead of going out! I have an A380 but it has only done one short test flight so far, don't know what I'll do with it though
