Israelian A.F. turbojet 707 in service!

Hi guys, look at this picture:

apparently the Israelis are using non fan 707 tanker as of 2003

The airplane in question is mis-labelled powered by Rolls but but in reality it's powered by 4 JT4A-9 (it's en ex non fan twa machine)

Does anyone know if it is in service? have sister-ships?

Does anyone have info about IAI 707? info about IAI 707 JT3D conversion programme?

Look at the Luchtzak aircraft registrations
There are, were, 4 Ex-Sabena B707 in the IAF. Including the one mentioned by you in the photo.
