BRU - Anything Interesting Due - 24/04/2005?

Post by martijnschonhage »

I want to visit Zaventem next Sunday . Will there be something nice, and will the Belgium charter companies use something else?

Hello

Besides the usual TUB 763 and Euro Atlantic 763 maybe , you might see a Onur Air AB6 of Fly Air AB4 (if it's busy enough...and if they don't fly late.... )

And as usual for a sunday....lots of Cargo's ;

ARR---03:30---Ethiopean airlines Cargo----75F
DEP---05:00---Ethiopean airlines Cargo----75F
DEP---06:20---RAM Cargo-------------------75F
ARR---08:45---Asiana Cargo----------------74Y
ARR---10:00---Saudi Arabian airl. Cargo--M1F
DEP---11:20---Asiana Cargo----------------74Y
ARR---09:45---Singapore airlines Cargo---74Y
ARR---12:40---Eva Air Cargo----------------M1F
DEP---12:45---Singapore airlines Cargo---74Y
DEP---13:00---Saudi Arabian airl. Cargo--M1F
ARR---14:00---RAM Cargo-------------------75F
ARR---14:00---Korean Air Cargo-----------74Y
ARR---14:30---Saudi Arabian airl. Cargo--M1F
ARR---14:40---Cathay Pacific Cargo-------74F
DEP---15:10---Eva Air Cargo----------------M1F
ARR---16:00---Singapore airlines Cargo---74Y
DEP---16:00---Korean Air Cargo------------74Y
DEP---16:10---Cathay Pacific Cargo--------74F
ARR---16:20---Singapore airlines Cargo----74Y
DEP---17:30---Saudi Arabian airl. Cargo---M1F
DEP---18:00---Singapore Airlines Cargo---74Y
DEP---22:00---Singapore airlines Cargo---74Y

So that should need to be all the cargo flights of Sunday....( since it seems some validities of the flights in the luchtzak BRU-CARGO timetable are over...I took the effort to check the BIAC schedule...not a lot difference...)

But still one plane makes me wonder...the RAM-Cargo 75F...wich airline operates this flight?? DHL?? And were does it comes from and goes to? Because there stands..DEP 06:20---and ARR---14:00....when/where does it comes from and were does it goes to after the arrival of 14:00.....unless it is a DHL plane...which operates the flight...and then it's normal that it Departs BRU and Arrives again....

Best regards and have fun Spotting this ones....Yannick ;)

Hi Yannick,

The RAM-cargoflight is indeed operated by a DHL 75F. I often hear a DHL plane coming in with a RAM-callsign, so it must be that one (and arrival is indeed often around 14:00).

I have an additional question than... what about the RAM 737-200 freighter ? Isn't that one flying into BRU anymore than ? I spotted her for the last time last summer :

Thanks in advance.

Regards, Robin Bamps.

Hello

Thanks Robin Bamps! ;)

Already thought it must be DHL plane.

Too bad there isn't any DHL schedule.... :( than you could see when you may expect a WO/Gemini Cargo DCF/M1F or any other like 75F , ABF or D8F... :P

Nice pic....saw this beautiful 'oldie'-bird only once at November 11th 2004.

Best regards: Yannick ;)

Goodevening,
From what I heard from EAT (European Air Transport)-people, DHL flies for RAM. The freigth they carry is rather "strange" as they often carry coffins from Moroccon people who died here in Belgium and want to return to their homeland to be burried. In return, DHL brings in flavours, carpets and other stuff. That's what they told me.

To what concerns the DC8, I have already noticed some times that there is a take off on Monday around 08.00am but I am sure this bird can be seen on other occassions.

They are still flying with the 737. There is nothing changed, only one day with a 757.
It's not only DHL who flies for RAM, also TNT flies for RAM. This for special occacions.
