Tui Netherlands, will create his own dutch airline @ base of the airline Holland Exel. Next information is aviable in dutch only. Source : Duth news teletext. First tui netherland flight will be 21th of april ( european flight and 29th april long haul flight. They start with 4 B 767-300 planes. The crew is taken over from Hollandexel.

Reisorganisatie TUI heeft van het ministerie van Verkeer en Waterstaat officieel toestemming gekregen om een eigen luchtvaartmaatschappij op te zetten. Onder welke naam TUI Airlines Nederland gaat vliegen is nog niet bekend, maar zeker is al wel dat de nieuwe maatschappij gaat vliegen met toestellen van HollandExel, dat onlangs werd overgenomen door het reisconcern, zo bevestigt woordvoerster Simone van de Berk aan Luchtvaartnieuws

TUI Airlines Nederland, zoals het bedrijf voorlopig heet, neemt van HollandExel zowel personeel als de vier Boeing 767-300’s over. De maatschappij start daarmee vluchten voor zowel haar eigen als voor externe touroperators.

Op 21 april worden de Europese lijndiensten gestart, waarna op 29 april ook de verre vluchten door TUI Airlines Nederland worden uitgevoerd. Tegen de tijd van de eerste vlucht wordt ook de nieuwe naam van het bedrijf bekend

Why a new name in Belgium it's TUi airlines Belgium so why not Tui airlines Nederland in the Netherlands??
