After take off and flight to afrika it returned to ebbr
and now is staying on the apron
Passagers remained on board

is the plane in technical at Douala or Kinshasa,
or is "cancelled" an input error ?

"cancelled" has been replaced by "delayed":

SN352 landed at 0738 LT, 13 minutes later then the schedule.
