hello all, i was hoping you guys and girls can provide me with some information. im looking for the specification of passenger airbridges, the walk ways between stands and aircrafts.
i have been searching for a while but cant find who makes them or to what sizes, spec and which materials are used in their manufacture.
the reason i need this info is that im trying to design an airbridge for the a380, hopefully one that can embark and disembark passengers on two levels, and cant find the wall thickness, sizes or materials commonly used in the production of airbridges, iv knocked up a 3 d model of the a380 on proengineer and will do the same for the airbridge but unless i get some info im just gonna have to make the sizes up, estimate, etc. id appreciate any help. thank you
p.s i dont need any info on passenger transportation airbridges like the one at heathrow, just the ones that board passengers onto aircrafts.
