Hi,

I was told that several pilots with 4-8 years job experience (A330-340) got between 4 million BEF and 7 million BEF. When I read the amount which was paid out (50 million EUR to 8800 empolyees = avg. 5681 EUR) then I can't believe it.
How is the calculation done : numbers of years emplyed, remaining holiday money and november salary, formula claeys, extra premium to formula claeys, etc...
Who can provide more details.
