Hi there, first of all thank you for all the posts and answers you've given me on my questions, that was really great and very usefull.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me some good spots to make take off shots from 25L, or even 25R if that's possible? Perhaps I can see bush take off on wednesday from 25L wen he's departing. If it's possible tell me how to get there from the taverne at 25L near the watertower, or perhaps from the touchdown point of 25L?
I've also read and heard from a new spot where traffic is lining up for 25R. Can anyone tell me where I can find that spot? I driven from the landing spot 25R towards the new roundabout a few meters ahead of that, but it didn't match to find it.
I hope it's not too much to ask...
Good spots in BRU for runway 25L/R

T.O. shots from 25L ; the "Asielcentrum" ore "sandhill" spot are best for that, although T.O. on 25L is not very common ( but not exceptional, especially for US planes
)
T.O. from 25R ; go on the parking behind the Sobelair building (it's deserted now
)
spottingguides who discrive how to get there mutch better than i could, can be found on this forum or here's also a very good one http://fafafabe.free.fr/Spottingguides/Civ/BRU/Bru.htm
you just have to watch out for the works going on now ; the tunnel under RWY 25L is closed, so if you are not used to drive around in the region, you maybe better go by foot from the 25L spot to the "asielcentrum" via the little road along the fence.
the new spot on Wisky taxiway can be easily reached from that roundabout you mentioned, in fact, you see it from there.
just go ( on foot ) over the new "ringway" they are constructing ,and starts at that roundabout, some 100 meters further you can go up the hill of the soundwall, and have a superb view over the field ( if men are working on the constuction site, you are better to go via the wall of the cemetery ) it's spot 8 on the guide i mentioned above

Are planes already airbourne at the spot you mentiones, at the sobelair parking?
And that spot on the whiskey taxiway, is this only for 25L traffic, or even 25L?
en in het nederlands:
Zijn kisten al airborne, vanaf die plek achter het sobelair gebouw? En die whiskey taxiway voorbij 25R, is dat voor 25R en 25R, of alleen voor rechts?
thanks, bedankt.

go to http://www.mappy.be and search for "Nieuwe Zaventemse Steenweg" at Zaventem (there you'll find Abelag, the Sabena-House, Sobelair).
Hope this will help
