BRU 18/02/2005 Pictures: USAF C17

Post by fly744 »

I was at the airport and have some pictures of this A/C that landed today around 1230LT.
3 trucks 1 bus and a dozen of Mercedes Van were around the A/C to take the equipment and staff.
Now since I am quite new here, can one of you explain to me how can I load my pictures onto this site ?
Tks

You can upload your pictures either on http://members.airliners.be or at
http://imageshack.us/ (a very easy tool to upload your pictures and to mantain all the quality)

Welcome, by the way, on luchtzak !

You can upload your photos to Coppermine picture gallery - the link is in the left side menu. If they are already on a website, put the URL of your photos between tags. Put your photo URL between these tags if it is in the Coppermine album as well. Please ensure your photos are no wider than 800 pixels or they will be replaced by a link to stop the page being stretched across too much.
Sabena and Sobelair - gone but never forgotten.

Wow , also some nice pics fly744.

You also saw the C-17. Nice plane, short , fat...and 'winglets'

I saw it once taking off too. Wonderfull plane...altough a C-5 would have been nicer i think. 8)

Keep updating for info about the transports etc... ;)

Me too. But what's even stranger is that according to Airliners.be there aren't any pictures in the folders. So I really wonder how Yannick is able to see them.

Yannick did you really see the pictures or did you simply write your text without viewing them :?:

Guys, I was able to see them too so please stop acting like a child. For some reason the pictures disappeared from the site, so just send Bottie or someone else a message, or even better: the owner of the pictures.

The pictures WERE on airliners.be, but were deleted from the website because they did not meet the requirements.

On the mainpage we clearly state that the pictures should be at least 1024 pixels wide. They were not, so they eventually had to go.

Sorry for the inconveniance, but rules are rules and they were stated very clearly !

Greetz,

Hello everybody,

For the people that have just seen the C-17 at the VTM News : You could see me photographing the airplane through the fence, and afterwards putting away my camera in my bag.

I guess the news will be online later this evening.

Regards, Robin Bamps.

It's not acting like a child. But admit that it is strange that you don't see the pictures on day A because they are removed then a couple of hours later another person sees them but you still can't. That's all ;)
