Leasor rights

Post by Curious »

Hi,
What rights does a leasor have on the aircraft, Can they change the interior of the aircraft?

Hi Curious, 25 years ago I had a manager with Sabena, he used to say: Lis ton contrat = Read the contract....
That should be your answer, as no contract is the same.

What is the nature of your query. Academic or Industrial.

Academically speaking it is based on the contract.

Industrially speaking who is the lessor and what magnitude is the airline under the lessor. But the contract says a lot of the same. Generally they do not interfere but yes guidelines are laid as to the chattel value.
Aum Sweet Aum.
