hi, dont want to spoit the fun, but be aware that when you order in the states, there is a good chance you will have to pay a serious fee to customs!
I let me catch already, so i just want to warn you.

Indeed, I once had to pay 10€ extra for a stupid T-shirt bought in the US. Sometimes it passes, sometimes it doesn't...
So far, each time I've ordered from them, the nicely wrapped paper bears the custom label describing the content as aviation DVD's but for a value lower than the price paid and never had any trouble with customs...
Even if they had you pay your local sales tax or import fees, they would be based on the price affixed to the custom label.
That's also true for US sites like Amazon or Barnes&Nobles. They make good money exporting goods and wouldn't want to loose those customers. IMO
So little risks involved and still good value for money for anyone paying with a credit card account balanced in euros or sterlings as the US dollar remains rather weak...
If you're afraid of ordering online some Europeans stores carry those DVD's (addresses on the website) but then you'll probably pay a hefty price!

Thats correct. Under a certain amount you do not have to pay taxes. ALso when it is marked as "gift" the value may be higher. But then i hope there is no invoice in the package, cause when they open it and see the value on the customs sticker is not equal to the one on the invoice ..... i dont wanna know what happens then
question: did you ask them to mark a lower price or do they automatically do that?
- no worry about taxes etc
- the price is not more expensive
- you pay in euro's
- very quick delivery !
Hello Raymond:
The examples I found on their site were A LOT more expensive as the prices in euros were the same as the price in USD at justplanes.com
(€24.95 at simware, $25 at justplanes)
That's about 30% more...
Of course you're right when you say that you don't have to worry about import taxes, duties or VAT...
The good news is of course that it will be widely available
well.. I thought about it for a while and said to myself..
9+hours of Sabena for the price of 2 DVD's!!! This deal is incredible! You're pretty much getting about half of it for free!
I'm glad I did not buy the 743 dvd when it was re-made. What would I want with two of it?
