Private Jet Crashes Near Teterboro, NJ Airport

A small jet skidded off the runway at Teterboro Airport on Wednesday, crossing a highway during the morning rush hour before slamming into a building. At least 11 people were injured and two were missing.

There's said the plane was taking off, and that the pilots tried to abort (that's why the engines are in reverse...). Pity it didn't work out that well to stop the plane in time...

Indeed, Gate-A1, a similar plane, a Canadair CL-601 Challenger, crashed in December in Colorado at take-off.
The fire fighting vehicle seems to come very close to the crash.

The building is the headquarters of the Strawberry clothing store chain.
