The airplane touches down between 18 à 19 o'clock. I've done the arrival of the new 767. Now they will do some checks on the airplane before he does his first passengers flight for TUI. There are some little problems to be resolved and then he's ready to fly!

Plse note the 767 is not yet OO-Registrated.

So, now with the holiday period it will take some time to obtain

the OO- C of R.

Hello;

I just saw on A.net that OO-TUC is a ex-varig and his old number is PP-VOL.
Go see by "keywords", and type OO-TUC.
There you can see how he is in his old varig colors,
and wen hi is painted in the TUI colors (still in varig colors)

The pieces of information you refer to have already been discussed much earlier on this web-site.

If you are interested in comparing OO-TUC's various previous colour-schemes, you can have a look here.
After OO-SBM's life, I turned to OO-TUC... :wink:

Guys and Girls,

Does anyone have access to the 767 as it was officially registered in USA on 30/12 as N484TC and I'm wondering if it has actually been applied to the aircraft on a sticker, or if it's in a hangar as OO-TUC already and this is just a paperwork exercise to ease the entry into Belgium ??

Will keep you informed via the spotter database. So far CS-TEB is scheduled on January 15, so OO-TUC is presumable still hangared in Brussels.

Still waiting for some news :cry: However I had the chance to spot the new containers from TUB (they are very nice :P ). OO-TUC is now in the Sabena Technics hangar.

We are two months later and TUI's B767 - OO-TUC is still in the Sabena Technics hangar. What's happening? Technical problems?

When he came he had to do some incomming checks. That would say that there are a lot of tests and inspections to do. So they have to resolved all technical problems before he can fly.
