Hi from Ireland

Post by Avion »

Just discovered this rather pleasant aviation community so thought I’d join and throw in my €0.02’s worth. Some of you may know me from Airliners.net where I am the user Teahan.

Though I was born in Geneva (Switzerland), I live in the south west of Ireland where I am studying business at university. I will likely be continuing my studies in Paris from this September on.

I of course have a keen interest in aviation, especially the management/operational side of things and have done some freelance journalism in the area.

Anyway, a very happy Christmas and a happy new year to you and yours.

Jeremiah

Athos - since when have I said I did not like wine? I said I am not into it in the same way as beer, but that does not mean I do not like it. And why do you turn every discussion into one about alcoholic drinks?

And tomorrow I am having my first Tongerlo Dubbel - that beats the sh*t out of the red and white stuff brewed south of Belgium!
Sabena and Sobelair - gone but never forgotten.

Rago,

Nothing said about not tasting the nice Languedoc-Rousillion wines :-)

English people have a lot to learn, cooking and tasting. Tasting is not the same word as gobble :-)

I met some Englishmen, many years ago, and told them our pups were open after 22.00h :-)

Lucky enough, Albion has Jamie Olliver :-)

France, has a nice cuisine, but Belgium equals :-)
