Yes, we received the exclusive permission from the TUI Airlines Belgium board at Oostende.

Actually, we were proposed to create the VA since we were already operating Sobelair VA. We have all their ( nice ) support. I promise the TUI Belgium board is fantastic towards our VA !

Any VA operating and using a real airline name needs a permission from the real airline, of course, otherwise that's called copyright violation and things going in that way.

PS: DHL52, please check your private messages, I would gladly answer your questions.

Chairman TUI Belgium VA.

Hi all,

I made a small page to let all of you know about TUI VA and our progress. Check out http://users.skynet.be/fa083334/ !

The page is very simple, indeed, but if you have any question, please mail me and I'll put them online.

Best regards,

The TUI Belgium VA team.

Good luck TUB VA!!!

Looks like TUB VA is acting like BEAP... always delaying the moment when it needs to happen... no good sign in fact...

Jense...

Don't say that. It takes quite some time if one is alone. And yes I agree with you for a part.

But you must have a good website, well organised to process pireps and signups, a fleet, a forum, time, time and time...

Hello Jense,

I completely agree with what Vesalius said. A quality site takes time. And the risk of giving dates it that we cannot predict all the problems that will occur.

(But I have to admit that it has taken a lot more time to build the site than we hoped.)

There has been a lot of "problems" during the initial construction of the site last winter. Now they are all solved and things are going very well though :D

I would also like to add that the newest aircrafts of our fleet will also be repainted very soon, further news on the forum

Best Regards,

Vesalius and TUB004,

It's a misunderstanding I think... I just wanted to make clear that it's better you don't give a date yet if you don't know the time it'll take to make the site (what you also said Jonathan, exactly). Off course a good website is crucial for a VA, it's the first thing visitors (and pilots) see!

So, I think we're on the same line...

Hello,

I think that I am speaking for everybody saying that that is a beautiful paint Vital

For Jense, indeed I understand. After what happened in December who literally stuck us to the ground for multiple weeks it has been very hard to get back on track. Now we're making sure that it won't happen again,so normally the approximate dates that Pierre gives should be right.

Best Regards,

Jonathan - The TUBVa Team

Jense,

I understand your reaction and the entire TUB VA management is like you. That's not a bad sign, that's just the fact that we do NOT want to release... samply a bad website.

The delays were due to a webmaster change. We were waiting a lot for a website, we got it on time, and unfortunately we had to change as it didn't suit ( things had to be modified, done, etc... ). Now, a friend of mine took over and started a fully new website, which already looks great.

The dates were correct, but as I said, the website didn't suit, so we changed. We lost a lot of time and you are not the only one to regret it, be sure that we are all waiting for it...

No, it won't take long as he already created a few VA websites. A big part of his scripts are already done, and the advantage is that I see him everyday as he's an IVAO collegua, I work in the same department as him. We expect to finish it for the end of January ( I'll keep you up to date if any change occurs! ).

Remember this is only to provide you the best we can !

Sorry again for the inconvenience,

Pierre Wilmet.

Thanks to make things clear, bot TUB001 and TUB004. Yeah, maybe the comparison with BEAP was a little bit too hard indeed  . I'm curious to see the result...!

You will see it very shortly -)

I'm going to post some screenshots of the pages I did... that's only pages, Alfonso ( the webmaster ) is doing the biggest part of the job.

Will be on http://users.skynet.be/fa083334 very shortly... just have to take a small decision first -)
