TUI Belgium VA

Dear fellow Flightsimmers,

Some of you may know it already, but some others don't

I'd like to announce you that TUI Belgium VA should be released in December ( around Christmas ). The website will get many new features.

I'll post regular news about the website on the pilotenpraat of FSBelgium.com, on luchtzaak and on the IVAO Forum ( IVAO Belgium ).

Please, if you have any question, suggestion or so, feel free to contact me.

Hello Pierre,

Thanks for the news. I've never been involved in any virtual airline, but since I have the PMDG 737 ánd the TUB livery, I only tend to fly this aircraft (well, I'm still going through a heavy drill course but it's an amazing realistic aircraft).

I'll think about it and maybe I'll apply for membership.

I've always choosen VA's according to the planes they fly with , and I admit , Ivan , that the 737 is definitely my lovely plane as well

Sounds like a nice project.

BTW weren't you (Pierre) behind the Sobelair.va project as well ?

Anyway, I might join as well, because I would like to flightsim more often (if I find the time for it).

And the B737 is definitely a wonderful plane

Yep, I was also a bit behind Sobelair VA.
I hope to open a new SLR VA website in the ( far ) future as I absolutely don't want to forget that wonderful airline ! It's only what I have in mind, I have no real plans for now regarding a new ( complete ) Sobelair VA.

For your info, a real TUB 737 F/O will be part of the staff , as well as a TUB technical inspector. I have to admit the airline is also quite great with us providing some info. Our aim is to provide the most accurate info and stay as real as it gets, so if you are looking for flights from BRU to Sydney with an A380, that's not the right VA for you

As already said,I'll give news about the VA here. The webmasters are planning to release the website at the end of December ( nice Christmas present under the tree

).

Just wanted to add something important

According to us, one of the aims of a VA is friendship, good relations, etc... We would like to remain a group of people who are here for their pleasure ( as all of you are , obviously ! )... I mean people who are all friends together for different reasons.

Training is also an important point... I don't say more about this now, be just a bit more patient

PS : the VA will also be IVAO registered.

Yep, but one precision for that...

We'll only transfer hours done on the 737 ( Classic/NG ) and on the 767.

Well, I think 90% of people flying for VA's are honnest.
What about the other 10% ? I think they loose something, the VA doesn't, people trying to cheat are always the first to loose ... spirit.

Second, we'll check the pilot ID on the other VA website and see if there is a distinction ( which is unfortunately not the case in most VA's).

Anyway, let's trust people a bit, as I said, 90% of VA pilots are honnest, and nobody here wants to punish them because of the other 10%.

A VA should always be first a place where people have fun together, not a competition.

Don't you agree ?

Well I agree with the fact that a va is a place where people have fun.

But i'm flying for SN Brussels virtual now and let's say i wanted to join, how can you know my 737 hours, i flew some but I flew other planes aswell (sn operated by airlines has a big fleet with different aircraft

)

Do you know the amount of hours you have done with a 737 or 767 ?
If yes, you will be able to report them and we'll trust you.
If no, we'll talk to you on private, don't worry.

Negative, it will be " test-free "

More details... you won't need any test until the captain rank.
At that level, you'll need to take a theoretical test ( we'll provide training and manuals for that test ) so you can get your captain rank and continue growing... and that's all
