Thank you for all this work Bart
Now luchtzak can continue to spread over the internet calmly, until the next "overload"
But I suppose that this is not bad ...

I hope, because you really did a fantastic job, Bart!
However, I just had two uploads that took more than 20 seconds. Any special reasons?

On 18:20 our new server counted the 7 million th page view of Luchtzak. This month will also become the busiest since the start of Luchtzak.

Upload is always slower than download with your internet-connection, so a file of about 512 kbs takes that amount of time to be uploaded.

Oh no, it was only the upload of a message in the forum

Excellent move! Now the home page at least shows the Belgian time, and not that of the cow boys of Texas!
Thanks Bart.

Went 10 days and needed 5 days to run from the east to the west coast and after 2 days being inclosed by the water I could go back to the east coast via the south. I'm sorry for running off-topic here
Had a couple of nice days anyway with my family
November a retry in Peru
Still great to see the improved quality of the site now, a pleasure to write here again!
Greetz,
Erwin

Are you sure it used to be on Texas time? I don't think it was because the time here wasn't the same as on Luchtzak (Wisconsin is in the same timezone as Texas). The time difference between Texas and Brussels is 8 hours (I think).

It was definitely CDT (GMT-5), 7 hours back from CET (BRU, GMT+2) time.

The website was down for half an hour because of important 1 gig memory upgrade on the server, thanks for your patience!
