BIA was a so called "luxury" charter airline. First step was the take over of Red-Air in 1999, a paper airline which was active in 1993 as Chartair in Charlerloi.
A misstep as Red-Air had had no license or AOC. The leased A321 from ILFC starting in June 1999 had to be subleased to Air Alfa for six months. On December 04 all paperwork was done and could be started. The A321 had 160 Holiday-Class and 48 Iris-Class (business class) seatings. Of course the bulk of destinations were the typical Mediterranean resorts. Customers were the smaller so called niche-touroperators.
In 2000 it was found that the A321 was to large, so an ex Icelandair B737-400 was leased becoming OO-RMV in May. The A321 was subleased to Tunis Air for the summer.

Apparent there were accusations of whitewashing cash and the subsequent investigations led to the ceasing of operations on Janurari 08 2001. The company was declared bankrupt Februari 13.

I am not sure if "CPS" or "RMV" have a meaning.
