Regret, can not answer .... even I flew on a lot, a lot of airliners, never on JAL, neither on ANA .....

By the way, I flew once MAS (flight KUL to SIN (B734) years ago) and I must admit, professional aspect in all the way of meanings ...

To me it's a tie. I had good experiences with both. But that was some 15 years go.
