According to Aviapartner at EBOS, SV will start the 22nd of july, not the 19th. Another website sais the same : http://users.pandora.be/OstendAirport/e ... lights.htm
Don't know who's correct (Q707 or Aviapartner), but we'll soon find out.
SV would fly 6 times per week with 747F, but the first week it would be a MD-11F.

They pulled out the md-11 probably because they want to continue to fly it with full load. If the MD-11 would still be flying to BRU it would most probably be weight restricted....Q707 wrote: Strange that also the MD11 will go to EBOS, perhaps SV is considering to move everything and defintively to EBOS, who knows.
Anyway, those will be 5 looong months without SV

Yes, the 747 came in around 1230 - 1300, cause I saw it landing when I had my lunchbreak at work ...
But from what I heard, the 747-flight yesterday was it's last for some time, as the aircraft would go into a C-check after this flight.
Can anyone tell me how long such a check takes ???
