Hello!
To fill in your flight log, you just need to compare the actual flight times and distances of your segments to identify the shortest and longest, then check the latitude and longitude of each airport to mark the northernmost, southernmost, easternmost, and westernmost. For example, with INN–RTM you’d note the distance (~700 km) and RTM’s latitude (~51°N) as the northernmost between those two. Once you list all your flown airports, you can quickly spot the extremes and shortest/longest flights.
