Air Senegal has leased 4 planes from Getjet,1 B738 and 3 A320, all white all of them..Their own fleet is grounded..They had a 772 from MYWAY airlines for CDG ops (was here some weeks ago on a diversion flight) but this seems to be finished since DEC 1.

It's not good news. It seems that the AOC is suspended. Even just with a restructuring you can fly, but here the license is suspended.

Some people may be familiar with VP-CKQ, the private Airbus A330-200 that has been parked at Brussels since the 21st of July 2023, much of that time spent at the Sabena Engineering Hangar 117 (Brucargo).

This airframe will unfortunately meet the same fate as HB-JJE did back in July 2024. VP-CKQ is set to be scrapped, likely within the next couple of months.

While the aircraft is a little over 13 years old, she reportedly only has around 400 flight hours (cannot confirm this 100%) on her record, due to it being a privately owned aircraft that spends most of it's time parked.
Work on the dismantling of VP-CKQ has started inside Hangar 117 of Sabena Engineering.

The aircraft is being stripped of all it's useable parts, before the remaning airframe will be cut up.
Today, the work on scrapping the remaining airframe of VP-CKQ has started, and it's going very quickly.

The aircraft will likely be completely gone by tomorrow.

Noticed NH232 operated Bru/Nrt today. Has the 3rd weekly flight been brought forward as I believe it was foreseen for the summer season. Normally they operate on days 3 and 6. Unless, of course, it was only for the holiday period?

It was indeed scheduled for the Christmas holidays.

It looks like the daily ET750 is now (temporarily?) adding and daystopping in GVA on days 2 4 6, thus operating ADD-BRU-GVA-BRU-ADD.

Yes, and that was already the case in November. Demand must be lower.

What is happening with the Hainan flights in BRU? No more PVG flights? Chinese New year holidays are already over. Can someone give an overview of their schedule for the coming season?

Hainan and Juneyao had both planned to seasonally suspend PVG in February. Juneyao resumed yesterday, Hainan next week.

Summer schedule to China
PEK - 7x Air China, 7x Hainan
PVG - 3x Juneyao, 3x Hainan (-1)
CKG - 3x Hainan
SZX - 3x Hainan
TFU - 3x Air China

Not much. Realized too late I posted in wrong topic. Anyway, Miqvell, thanks for the update and glad to see them return.
