To give an incentive is only when you start up a new route, or using a new airplane or increasing drastically your nr of pax. To give them a benefit to arrive later is not in it. But it can be discussed when changing the slot.

Are you reporting incentives to move to the afternoon don't currentky exist, or are not allowed?

An afternoon/evening wave is not possible imho bcs SN does not have the aircraft and thé transfer pax to create It. It is not on the big boss's radar who is more targeting AZ at the moment. However, an evening flight to NYC leaving BRU at 19:30 h would make sense, I think.

But if you move flights that do not rely on connections to a different bank, don't you create openings for more flights with connections? Or there is no expected benefits in the mid-term?

What's the benefit for the airport? The fees are the same if a 320 is starting / landing in the afternoon and a 333 in the morning or vice versa.

Displacing one from morning to evening potentially creates opening for a new one in the morning, this is not about swapping two flights already scheduled.
