Military action in Middle East air space 8 August 2024?

At least one Belgian state news channel reports that Egyptian authorities have requested their airlines to avoid Iranian airspace, because of possible "military exercises". Cfr. https://www.vrt.be/vrtnws/nl/2024/08/07 ... htruim-te/

Not wanting to discuss the military or political situation - which appears to be very very stressed - I wonder about the formal nature of this warning. Would a formal NOTAM have been published?
