Seems like tomorrow NYC special UA B75W is expected, though not airborne yet.

1040 - 1415 UA618/619 N14102 B75W

I think that officially there is no such thing as a B75W.
All B757-2xx have the designator code B752, it doesn't matter if they have winglets or not.

UAL B752 fleet are all B757-224 equipped with winglets and are shown as B752.

According to IATA the 757-200 Pax with Winglets is the 7W and the 757-300 Pax with winglets is the 75T
For freighters there is no difference between 757-200 with and without winglets.
