As Winter 23-24 in aviation is in front of the door, we can have a wrap up what we can expect:
Air Baltic: Vilnius 4/week as from 30 October
Royal Jordanian: 3/week with A320/321 and will be year-round
Brussels Airlines: Stockholm Arlanda as from 29 October
Brussels Airlines: Sharm El-Sheikh as from 27 October
Qatar: Doha up from 7 to 10/week as from 2 January 2024.
Air Serbia: Belgrade: up from 2 to 3 weekly
TUI: Tunis
TUI: Algiers
Etihad: Abu Dhabi: up to daily as from 20 December
Flynas: Jeddah: 3/week A320
And 2 airlines to keep an eye on: CAA and Thai

No further news about them:
Thai: in the list of European destinations, BRU is not mentioned
CAA: no info
I checked also Philippine Airlines. Also there no further news since August/September of this year

Anyway, the two airlines are codesharing on the route. This shows that the cooperation is good.

I don't know if this has been mentioned before however Jetblue (B6) is codesharing on Icelandair's BRU-KEF flight.
