We stayed in hotel IBIS Styles in Radefeld, which provided a view to landing aircraft on short final for both runways (the hotel is located between the 2 runways).

On the way back to Frankfurt we also made a stop in Erfurt.
They have an Interflug IL18 as well in excellent condition (DDR-STG).
