Malaysia Airlines have won the "Best Cabin Staff" for 3 consecutive years. Guess who will win it this year.

Only Asian airlines? It is true that they have exceptional service.

My choice goes to Asiana, who won the SkyTrax excellence award for Asia.

My vote goes to Singapore Airlines, since Garuda is not in the list and SIA the only airline is I've flown a long time ago. ;)

The two airlines with the best cabin crews are not in that list!

And I know one airline whose cabin crews could never be the best - they are the cabin crews from Hell!
Sabena and Sobelair - gone but never forgotten.

All the airline listed here were the 10 finalists for "Best Cabin Crew" last year. About Emirates, sorry. I forgot to put it, EK ended at 10th last year.
I got all these informations from Skytrax.

I have to agreed with Emirates that EK is really good, I've flown with them in Dec last year from CGK to KUL on their high density B777-200 (2-class layout), no choice of meal, but nice & friendly crews, got Africans, Chinese, Caucasians, Arabians. Hmm, nice mixed. & nice legroom, just like AA, A lot of people complain that EK seats on 777 r very cramped, yes, only in term of seat width, otherwise everything is perfect.

I flew to CGK in early Dec with QR, but back to KUL with EK before Christmas because QR said that all their flights for that week were fully-booked. But i really need to go back to KUL before Christmas, so the agent in JKT booked me on EK.

About QR inflight services, i hate it. nice meal, good looking crews too, but they NEVER smile. I fly a lot & i will try to find their seat map first before i fly with them in order for me to get my desired seat. this mean i know where is my seat located. Normally during boarding, i will put my bording pass inside my pocket, yes, the crews at the door with ask me to show my boarding pass (all the time), i never show it to them, just tell them my seat no., then they will tell me where is it. But on QR, i do the same thing, they denied my boarding until i show them my boarding pass. STUPID crews. Will not ever fly with this LOUSY airline again.

I can only say that QR has one of the hardest working cabin crew in the world. I've worked for them but also for ANA and have to say that the service QR offers is way better then ANA. The reason why they lack a smile is because these people live in fear of being terminated for the smallest thing by their CEO who is a fl_lcker. He puts the crew under an unbelievable stress and maybe you're right by saying they shouldn't deny your boarding but don't forget that each airline has its own standards.
