At the moment they are also demolishing the big FedEx building at Brucargo.

LATAM Cargo looks to be returning, with flights resuming on 26th March on a MIA-BRU-JFK routing operated 3 times weekly (Tu/Fr/Su).

As I said my source is LATAM Cargo, not Brucargo.

Let's hope bcs it's always a battle between AMS and BRU. If no slots at AMS they come to BRU. The same happened a few years ago with Avianca cargo. Flying to BRU but received slots at AMS and stopped flying to BRU.

LATAM cargo is of course also growing. They received extra B767 cargo's which makes them able to grow.

I guess that whole area will be gobbled up by DHL. Their new 2017 distribution center was too small as from the start. Any details about the future plans?

Kalitta Air has recently started operating IAH/ORD-BRU-DWC with 747 on behalf of Emirates. EK would have cargo volumes that exceed the capacity of their own 77L. Contract might be for a year. A few years ago EK had a similar contract with Cargolux.

Egyptair Cargo will switch as from 25th January 2024 from Ostend to Brussels airport.

The aircraft will be the A330F.

The switch is visible on the cargo timetable of the airline.

After many years, this cargo airline will be back at Brucargo

TLSpotting reminded me that work was planned on OST's runway between January 25 and March 27, so we can already guess that they'll be gone by April.

I don't remember that Egyptair Cargo was ever a regular visitor at Brucargo.

They were around the year 2000 and beyond. They flew with the A300 at Brucargo. But they came and went, came and went. It was always between BRU and OST. They stayed away as flying with old birds was too expensive for them at BRU. With the A330 should be much better.
But we will see bcs you never know with them and they are now already for many years at OST.

BTW, DHL is still flying with the old A300 at Brucargo.
