Ryanair had its case dismissed against the European Commission’s decision in 2020 to approve €11.5 million in state aid to Croatia Airlines, following a ruling by the European General Court.

Ryanair will opportunistically add B737NGs in ones and twos where there’s a financial incentive to do so, as the carrier is not retiring older aircraft due to strong demand and B737-8200 delivery delays. Only 10-12 MAX 200s (instead of 24) will be delivered by the end of 2022, and around 46 by summer 2024.

Ryanair is in talks with authorities in Egypt and Libya about operating flights to the countries for the first time.

Ryanair is poised to launch a new Manchester – Turin route on 03 December 2022.

Ryanair to launch new seasonal service between Toulouse and Paphos from 01 May 2022.

Ryanair plans to fly from 26 March 2023 between Iasi (Romania) and Dublin (Ireland).

Ryanair announced its biggest-ever Knock schedule with 16 routes, including a new route to Lanzarote for summer 2023. The airline will operate over 120 weekly flights to/from Ireland West Airport Knock next summer.

Ryanair announced its summer 2023 Bournemouth schedules with 18 routes, including three new routes to Carcassonne, Edinburgh and Venice, back with the addition of a second based aircraft.

Ryanair also announced its summer 2023 Bristol schedule with 33 routes, including new routes to Bydgoszcz, Porto, Marseille and Venice, as well as the addition of a fifth based aircraft.

Ryanair is expanding its routes from Cluj-Napoca by launching service to Paris Beauvais, Brussels Charleroi and Milan Bergamo on 26 March 2023.

Ryanair announced its Cork summer 2023 schedule with 29 routes, including five new routes to La Rochelle, Rome, Seville, Venice Treviso and East Midlands, underpinned by a third based aircraft at Cork.

Ryanair announced a new route from Cardiff to Belfast, operating twice weekly from April 2023.

Ryanair confirmed that it has signed a 4-year pay agreement with the Forsa union and its Irish pilots under which Ryanair’s Irish pilots will receive an accelerated restoration of pay cuts previously agreed upon during 2020-21.
