How both parties can agree otherwise on this matter? I don't know. But the brilliant minds who came up with this charge, must be able to do so.
Indeed… and more elegant to add 50 cents on airport taxes or charges per pax than charge for the use of bathrooms. These measures will definitely trigger some to use public areas as a bathroom!!!

Ryanair announced today the opening of two new routes from Brussels Charleroi to Cluj-Napoca - with eight weekly flights - and Iasi- with six weekly flights, from April 2023, as part of its summer 2023 programme.
