Aviation24.be is currently invaded with a specific crawler, causing high load to the server. Pages are also loading slower than expected. Rest assured that we are putting all our effort in to reduce the server load and to optimize the website ASAP.

An out-of-control crawler called BLEXBOT opened over 800 sessions in the forums. We have now blocked a series of IP-addresses from our forums. In case you don't have access to the forums, please contact us.

Lots of bot-sessions are opened in the forums, causing a high peak on the server. We are closely monitoring the situation.

Sorry, I couldn't say; I only tried search.php?search_id=active_topics, the "active topics", my usual point of entry :)

Yesterday and today. Home page usually accessible but hitting "Active Forums" doesn't go through 8 times out of 10.

Quick Links > Active Topics.
5 other attempts in last 90 minutes, all OK.

The past 12 hours, the website is seeing more visitors than usual. This morning (UTC +2) an error occurred in one of our databases, resulting in an error display when visiting the forums as a logged-in member. In the mean time, this error has been fixed.

On Sunday, the website experienced server issues. Technics started working on the issues, which have now been completely solved.

Yesterday, a few articles of our main page resulted in a performance issue of our server.

It was difficult to use the backend of the main site and the forums.

IT started working on the problem.

We are continuing to monitor the situation.

Thanks for your patience.

The website is moving to a new server, downtime might be possible. There is a possibility that you have to republish your messages in the forums.

Yesterday, the move didn't go as expected. With a lot of downtime. Today, the IT department continued working on a move. DNS should now resolve towards the new server, unfortunately this is taking more time than expected.

We thank you for your patience during this move, which is key for an up-to-date and highly performant server.
