Both have probably one engine bleed system or one A/C pack inop, which limits the max ceiling to FL310. A bit low on spare parts, are we?

Departed again from Bordeaux after one hour on the ground there = typical for a medical diversion.
Hi Avilover, welcome to aviation24.be and thanks for an interesting first post!
Certainly possible, maybe likely by absolutely NOT more than likely.
One AVH-reader writes: "...Currently at LHR hotel for flight to AUH tomorrow, Virgin passengers just arrived and said windscreen cracked. More than likely a pressurisation issue given they descended to FL100.

By Aug 18th 2021, The Aviation Herald received multiple passenger reports (including one in the comments of its article) stating the crew indicated the outer pane of one of the windshields had shattered.
Which confirms your "more than likely" is incorrect, one more time.
No. The issue is a cracked window, which could cause a pressurisation issue.
True, but this is the perfect example of why NOT to say "this is most likely due to this kind of issue" before knowing the real cause.
No worries.
