Thx but I could use it because my son could go in because he was flying with Brussels Airlines but not on the same destination!
And the lounge was completely empty.

The companion, travelling on the same flight, lounge access is a free extra. Your son wasn’t on the same flight so was not entitled to it.lumumba wrote: 04 Jul 2021, 23:08 Thx but I could use it because my son could go in because he was flying with Brussels Airlines but not on the same destination!

You can always try to “talk him in” as you did, but don’t you think that complaining about it on a public forum is a bit over the top?
So like I said it's new,one more reason to let it go in the beginning with good clients(senator 2 star's) sure when the lounge is empty but it looks service is not important anymore!Homo Aeroportus wrote: 05 Jul 2021, 16:49 From :

Hope with all my heart you will manage to relativize. This is not the most serious problem we encountered in the last 18 months !lumumba wrote: 05 Jul 2021, 17:02So like I said it's new,one more reason to let it go in the beginning with good clients(senator 2 star's) sure when the lounge is empty but it looks service is not important anymore!Homo Aeroportus wrote: 05 Jul 2021, 16:49 From :

I understand but I hope they will improve because it's a matter of competition with other airports and airlines.nordikcam wrote: 05 Jul 2021, 21:05Hope with all my heart you will manage to relativize. I'd say get used to it. As the number of passengers with lounge access was increasing before Covid, most airlines reacted not by expanding their lounges, but adding access restrictions. Air Canada, United, Cathay well before Brussels, among the ones I (used to) fly regularly. Lounge capacity is still Covid-capped in many places, so restrictions are not easing.lumumba wrote: 05 Jul 2021, 21:08 I understand but I hope they will improve because it's a matter of competition with other airports and airlines.
