Booked my sole flight of 2021 today - Newcastle to Aberdeen with Loganair on 7th September. I can't go abroad this year but I have to fly somewhere so my first flight on Loganair and my first trip to Aberdeen.

Our aircraft is an Embraer jet, a 135 or 145 (which I prefer to the 170 and 190

). We're flying out and returning on the train, more time in Aberdeen on the day we get there, coming back we have to leave the hotel in the morning anyway and so train is more convenient for us (as well as allowing us to enjoy the Scottish scenery). I didn't think I'd be flying anywhere this year but at least I have this one flight to look forward to
