There are production slots open for the 190 for early 2006 AFAIK. Current Air Canada mess means their orders will most likely be postponed.

CH-Aviation has also posted the news this week that SN BA could acquire 15 B717s...

I think that only SN BA or Boeing can confirm or deny.

It's certainly not a dream, but in my opinon, other aircraft types are more likely to be chosen. This being said, it would be great to see some B717's in SNBA's liverey.
