13th February 2019: European fund manager STAR Capital Partnership LLP (“STAR Capital”) signed an agreement today to acquire ASL Aviation Holdings DAC. STAR Capital has reached agreement to acquire 100% of the shareholding in ASL Aviation Holdings, subject to customary approvals.
