Handluggage

Hi,

Does anyone if Brussels airlines is very strict in their handluggage policy?
Flying to Porto later this month and my handluggage is 58cm including the wheels and handle(55cm without the wheels and handle), 38 cm wide and 20cm deep.
The guideline says 55cm*40*23 :?

It goes into a sizewizer, if it doesn’t fit it goes into the hold.
