Re: Brussels Airlines' fleet renewal
It will indeed fly until the end of the year with the CX interior, but with a modified lay out to bring it more in line with the current SN standard.

The SN-Fleet can also very nicely be seen on this site!
It offers nice information not only about the Brussels Fleet but also about some other LH-group Airlines like Lufthansa....
All the new-to-come A330s are already put in...

Re: Brussels Airlines' fleet renewal
For the US, the prospect of profitable year round connections with for example BOS, IAD and the launch of evening flights to/from JFK or EWR.sn26567 wrote: ↑09 Feb 2018, 21:12 In an interview to La Libre Belgique today, Brussels Airport CEO Arnaud Feist said that the Eurowings people told him they looked at the possibility to acquire A321LR aircraft for Brussels Airlines to operate some US flights (like Aer Lingus) and possibly also flights to some African destinations.
Developing the US offer to/from BRU and feed the SN * network to Europe, Africa and India or Israel.
About profitability, beside the size of the aircraft and the cargo demand on different markets (NA vs Africa for instance), what makes the difference of operational costs between the A321LR and the A330 / 200-300.

Arctic Aviation Assets (Ireland) leased two ex-airberlin A320s, serials 1961 and 2003, to Brussels Airlines.

Re: Brussels Airlines' fleet renewal
and will be arriving shortly, SNM is in EW colors tho... so probably they’ll repaint it into SN as it would be to soon to have a EW branded plane in BRU ...Homo Aeroportus wrote: ↑19 Feb 2018, 21:06 According to Airfleets.net :
MSN 1961, First flight 2003-02-17 > OO-SNL
MSN 2003, First flight 2003-04-22 > OO-SNM
Both in Y180 config of course.

Probably, unless they'll like to add some fuel on the fire...
Maybe one of them will have the Smurfs theme? When was that going to be unveiled?
